Biography:
Vadim Spirin, a supporter of the ideology ofthe“Russian world” and an accomplice of the Russian occupiers, was born on April 19, 1971, in the city of Yalta, Crimea.
Vadim Spirin arranged his career in local government and for a long time held the position of leading specialist of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Infrastructure. He was the chairman of the board of the housing and construction cooperative № 37 in the city of Yalta.
Vadim Vasilyevich has repeatedly expressed his pro-Russian stance and in 2014 he even managed to participate in propaganda activities of the Russian occupiers, because he rejoiced when the Russian invaders invaded Crimea.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation in February 2022, Spirin chose the side of a collaborator and collaborator of the occupation authorities instead of standing up for his state and people.
With great eagerness the traitor agreed to head a pseudo-structure of the occupants and was appointed to the “position” of a specialist of the department of housing and utilities in the city of Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region.
The traitor was put in charge of housing and utilities and even organized receptions for citizens on various improvement issues on behalf of the occupation administration.
