Biography:
Viktoriya Vladimirovna Rylska is a collaborator who voluntarily agreed to participate in illegal elections in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and actively cooperated with the occupants during the fake election process. She was born and lives in the city of Kherson. She received her secondary education at Kalanchak school and her pedagogical education at Kherson National Technical University. She studied at the Faculty of Natural Science, Human Health and Tourism.
Before the war began, Rylskaya took advanced training courses in pedagogy, and then she was quickly reclassified as a traitor and collaborator.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian occupation troops on the territory of Ukraine, Viktoriya Vladimirovna was very happy about the reforms and “new life” under the “liberators”, went over to the side of the Rashists and worked under their leadership.
In September 2022, the traitor was directly involved in the processes of pseudo-referendum on the territory of Kherson region, because she supports the entry of the region to the rf.
Participation in pseudo-elections in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine:
In 2023, the woman also distinguished herself with her pro-Russian sentiments and most importantly, her actions. In fact, on the eve of the September elections planned by the Russian occupants, Victoria Rylska was involved in the organizational direction of the formation of the so-called “precinct election commissions” in the Kherson region. Thus, the state treasonist willingly agreed to ensure the process of “voting day” and acted as an accomplice of the illegal event as the head of Chaplynka TEC, Chaplynka municipal district, Chaplynka settlement, at 3, Parkovaya Street.
The traitor reported to the local occupation authorities about her “readiness to hold elections” and agitated people with Ukrainian passports to vote “for Russia“.
Anyone who participated in the fake election will be punished. For “servicing” the interests of the occupants during the illegal event – pseudo-elections, the accomplice of Russian invaders Rylska Victoria Vladimirovna will be justly punished before the tribunal and before the people of Ukraine.
