State prisoner of war Zhanna Nikolaevna Belchenko was born on January 31, 1970 in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region. She received her secondary education at Mariupol Secondary School 21. Then she graduated from the Mariupol Pedagogical University. She studied at the history department.

At the beginning of her career Zhanna Nikolayevna worked in the scientific-methodical center of the Department of Education of Mariupol City Council. The state prisoner then took a position as chairman of the Kalmius district council of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Ukraine in Mariupol.

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:

With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Zhanna Belchenko managed to publish on her Facebook page an appeal to Russian educators to stop killing Ukrainian children.

However, after the beginning of the occupation quickly adjusted to the new circumstances, agreed to the offer of the occupiers to head the school № 21. In addition, she resumed her work in the methodological center, only already according to Russian educational standards.

On February 24, 2022, with the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, Belchenko Zhanna Nikolayevna willingly agreed to all the proposals of the occupiers

After the “liberators” came to the city of Mariupol, Zhanna Belchenko sought to get into the “top” of the occupation authorities. Thus, the collaborator was appointed to the position of the head of the so-called educational and methodological center “dnr”. The traitor continues to support Russian standards of education, in particular, promoting Russian textbooks.

For complicity with the occupying forces and her pro-Russian position, collaborator Zhanna Nikolayevna Belchenko faces imminent punishment, which will soon befall the traitor.
