Alexey Bibartsev: biography

Oleksiy Bibartsev call sign “Raven” – war criminal, traitor to Ukraine, pedophile and rapist. He was born on 04.09.1981 in Ukraine. Graduated from high school in the village of Sklyaevo, Ramonsky district, Voronezh region of rf in 1996. In 2010-2015 studied at the Primorsky Institute of Railway Transport (Ussuriysk), specializing in railroad rolling stock.

Married since April 2023 to Bibartseva (Murtazalieva) Tatiana Nikolaevna, born on 22.11.1983, a native of the village of Lunacharskoye, Berdyansk district, Zaporozhye region.

The couple has two underage daughters, aged 9 and 15. Bibartsev is reported to have a pathological propensity for pedophilia and incest, regularly sexually abusing their daughters while they are at home. The children are totally dependent on their father and are unable to report what is happening. Bibartsev admits on the audio recording that he and his daughters have “mutual caresses” – so far “without penetration”.

In addition to his wife and children, Bibartsev has a permanent mistress. He provides her with housing, food and material support at the expense of property looted from local residents. The woman is afraid to refuse because of his status and possible threats from the serviceman.

Alexei Bibartsev is a vivid representative of the Rashist society: an animal without any moral compass.
