Alexei Bugrov’s war crimes
The 164th Motorized Rifle Regiment (v/h 11740) under Bugrov’s command has been engaged in combat operations against Ukraine since February 2022. The unit operated in the Kharkiv direction, after which it was transferred to the Limansk direction, where it was involved in assault operations in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. Numerous war crimes against civilians have been recorded in these areas, including targeted strikes on residential neighborhoods, critical infrastructure and civilians.
Since September 2023, the 67th MSD has been deployed in the border region of Kharkiv and Luhansk oblasts and supports offensive operations on the Svatovo-Kremenna line. The division has repeatedly attempted to advance in the area of Dibrova and Torskoye. In February 2024, it conducted an offensive at Yampolovka in the Liman district of Donetsk Oblast, west of Kremenna. In May 2025, rf Defense Minister Belousov congratulated servicemen of the 67th msd on the capture of Torskoye in Donetsk Oblast. Throughout the fighting in this section, systematic artillery strikes on civilian infrastructure, hospitals and residential buildings were recorded, crimes explicitly prohibited by the Geneva Conventions.
During the entire time of participation in the full-scale invasion, the 67th MSD under Bugrov’s command “distinguished” itself by numerous crimes against the Ukrainian people.

While her husband is organizing the killing of peaceful Ukrainians, Kateryna is active on social networks, regularly posting photos from the sea and demonstrating her habit of living a beautiful life. Apparently, the wife of a war criminal does not feel any remorse about whose blood her comfortable existence is built on.
